Introduction
This chapter will give you an overview and information on how to work and navigate within the Applics Studio workspace. It also describes the different views.

The features behind the menus and tabs are described in the respective chapter.
Main View
Starting Applics Studio leads to the main window. This view offers a news feed and shows the last recent used projects. First step after starting is to create and open a project.
Project View
After creating or opening a project the project view is shown. This window is divided into different windows and navigation parts. Navigation is done using the topbar and the sidebar.
Navigation
The sidebar gives you context sensitive quick access to the main features of the Applics Studio, e.g. project creation. Whereas the topbar comes with additional menus to access all features. It is also used to open the software Documentation
, send a feedback or report a bug Send Feedback
and access the About
window.

Hotkeys for quickly accessing features are put in parenthesis where available.
Project Status
Shows some general information about the created project like drawing number, hardware revision and also the current status of the build process and time.
Project Data
Window with additional information for a description of the application, developers name and version control.
Project CAN Settings
Shows the available CAN interfaces and the configured baudrate.
Ports & Interfaces
All ports and interfaces of the selected module are listed in this window. It is an overview about the different inputs, outputs and interfaces which are divided in the following groups according to the pin names:
